We monitor transaction volumes processed through Dext and Xero on a monthly basis. If, on a rolling average basis in a 3-month period your transaction volumes exceed that included for the plan you are on, we will increase your plan to the appropriate level, and reserve the right to retrospectively charge for any increases in prior months. Any changes or additional charges will be agreed in advance.
