How do I update employee details?

Use the Change of Employee Details form to provide the information required for any changes in employee details, including changes to:

  • Name
  • Address
  • email
  • Salary or Hourly Rate details, with effective date
  • Employee leaving notification, with final pay date
  • Bank Account details
  • Super Fund details
  • Any other changes

Remember: Employees can also change their own basic details through the Xero: My Payroll portal or the Xero Me App.
